　　AMC-1, a new kind of raw material with combined phases of C2M2A14（A14）、CA6（CaO.Al2O3）MA（ MgO.Al2O3 spinel, is synthesized by fusing industrial alumina and some MgO and CaO at very high temperature. It features with many properties such as high refractoriness, low water absorption, moderate density, and excellent erosion and low thermal expansion.
